PROJECT SUMMARY: The windows and doors on this home were original to the house and ready to be replaced for a number of issues, specifically, wood rot, energy efficiency, maintenance issues, and difficulty operating. The customer decided to go with Marvin Windows and Doors because it eliminated all these issues. Most of the windows are in brick openings with a few on the back elevation in siding panels and trim. We were able to provide great exterior finishes from Marvin as well as PVC trim where required, including custom molded PVC trim for the front arch windows. The customer added considerable value to this house by adding a bi-fold scenic door to connect the back screen porch with the kitchen. All of this was done by while leaving the interior trim and sills on the wall to minimize interior disruption.
