PROJECT SUMMARY: The homeowner replaced two large dining room windows and one dormer window as the first step. These windows had serious problems: rot, were hard to use, and lacked energy efficiency. Instead of repairing such windows, replacing them is more practical. You can replace windows in stages rather than all at once. After getting approval from the New Albany ARC, we ordered the correctly sized Marvin Windows. In New Albany, we only do full frame replacements; inserts are not allowed. The new windows have an extruded aluminum exterior that needs no painting or upkeep. The new windows fit perfectly with the existing brick using a Marvin panning system that also requires no maintenance. Windows not touching the brick are finished with composite trim and also need no upkeep. Overall, the customer was very happy with the results and the smooth installation process.

CUSTOMER REVIEW:

"We used experience exteriors to install some replacement windows.  We actually interviewed several companies before deciding to go with Experience Exteriors.  Dan Gesler was our project manager.  Dan spent a great deal of time going over all our window options.  He was with us for the entire project, explaining everything along the way.  The process from start to finish was seamless.  Our project manager gave us a great price and was accurate about the time frame for installation.  The installation process was also a breeze.  We had several windows replaced in the course of just a couple of days.  I would recommend experience exteriors without any reservations. In my opinion, they are best replacement window company in Central Ohio.”
